This beautiful structure is King’s Cross W3, a sustainable community building located at the edge of the King’s Cross regeneration area. Designed by the incredible @hapticarchitects , this innovative building will house a café, gym studios, and a nursery, all of which are destined to increase community engagement in the area.

Featuring an open, transparent ground floor seamlessly connecting to the light-filled garden spaces, W3 is a testament to eco-friendly design, targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating. Engineered timber in the façade and structure significantly reduce the building’s environmental footprint resulting in a very low Lifetime Embodied Carbon.

It’s more than just a building; it’s a vibrant space for learning, exercising, and socializing enhancing the well-being of the King’s Cross community
