A new build residence in Portugal. This high-end house features timber soffits, extensive glazing that frames fabulous views out over the sea, and a minimalist design aesthetic that complements perfectly the owners collection of period furniture, including several pieces by Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

The Arts Council England updated its midlands office in Birmingham to enable new, flexible and public uses. The architecture is skilfully designed by Moxon Architects (based in London) to create strong differentiation between the new fit-out and the characterful historic architecture of the original structures, which are listed.
The design is clean and simple, employing a restrained palate of materials, and incorporates open fluid public spaces intertwined with specialist areas including formal meeting rooms and lecture theatres. The flexible space features movable tables that can be folded up against the wall to allow multiple uses.
