REGENTS PALACE HOTEL DEVELOPMENT, REGENT STREET, LONDON, 2011, DIXON JONES ARCHITECTS

Renovation of the 94-year-old Regents Palace Hotel, located in the conservation area close to Regent Street in Central London. The new development will provide 420,000sqft in total, including 200,000sqft of office space, 54,000sqft of retail and 9,500sqft of residential accommodation. The scheme also features a new pedestrianized arcade linking through to Glasshouse Street. The glazed atrium roof was installed by Josef Gartner. Architectural photography completed over two days.
