WATERMARK PLACE, NORTH BANK, LONDON, 2009, FLETCHER PRIEST ARCHITECTS
This new office building also provides a very large public space on the North Bank of the Thames. The 12-storey office building features 50,000sqm of flexible office accommodation, includes three atria, and numerous bars and restaurants. Josef Gartner supplied much of the glazing internally and externally, which is inspired by water itself, featuring dappled computer-processed images of water. Gartner also supplied the automated security gate. The scheme also features photo-voltaic cells and water-recycling. Architectural Photography completed over one day.
